Returns

UK - All items can be returned and refunded provided they reach our designated return address (details below) within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.

International - All items can be returned and refunded provided they reach our designated return address (details below) within 28 days of the customer receiving the item.

Items returned outside the stipulated return period will not qualify for a refund. In such instances, the item will be returned to the sender, who will be responsible for the return postage costs. When returning the item, include the packaging slip and annotate "FOR RETURN" on it

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item purchased from us, send us an email at kd@kaydmf.com with a link to the item you would like to exchange for. When returning the item, include the packaging slip and annotate "FOR EXCHANGE" on it.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. If exchanged items are returned, the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and only the cost of the returned items will be reimbursed.

All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Items will be assessed upon return to ensure they are in suitable condition. If not, items will be returned to the sender, who will bear the cost of return postage.

Our items are dispatched with swing tags; removal of these tags renders the item ineligible for a refund.

KAYDMF is not liable for any items lost during the return process. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Ensure that the return postage covers the value of the item(s).

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 - 5 working days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Refunds may take time to be officially posted. If issues persist, contact your bank. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at kd@kaydmf.com .
